Jennifer Clarridge - Athletic Director & FIS Head Coach

Coaching since 2007, Jennifer brings deep expertise and a lifelong passion for skiing to the Lake Louise Ski Club. She believes in creating environments where athletes have the autonomy to grow, explore, and chase their individual goals with confidence. A dedicated member of the Lake Louise Ski Club community for most of her career, Jennifer has worked with athletes from entry-level programs to regional FIS and PSO teams in Alberta and BC. She is ACA Performance Level Certification, a CSIA Level 2 instructor and a Coach Evaluator and Learning Facilitator in training, contributing to the growth of or Race coaches. As Athletic Director and FIS Head Coach, takes pride in guiding the next generation of skiers to reach their potential on and off the mountain. She is involved with numerous Alberta Alpine initiatives including leading Speed Sisters, a camp that creates in inclusive and fun environment for women in ski racing.  When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her in the gym or mountain biking, hiking, camping, and exploring new places with her husband Mikey and their dog Summit. 

Curtis Rousseau - FIS & U16 Assistant Coach

Curtis, born and raised in Saskatchewan, brings a lifetime of ski racing experience and a deep passion for developing both athletes and coaches. He is ACA Performance Level Certified, a CSIA Level 1 instructor, and an EL and DL Coach Evaluator and Learning Facilitator, with extensive experience in coach education and athlete development. Curtis has held leadership roles at the club and provincial level, including serving as Program Director for Saskatchewan, and has been involved in numerous athlete projects and coach development initiatives. A lifelong student of the sport, he continues to stay engaged with ski racing at all levels, sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm with athletes and fellow coaches. Curtis also loves the outdoors and works as a fishing guide, bringing that adventurous mindset to his programs. His energy, expertise, and commitment make him a trusted and inspiring presence for athletes of all levels.

Jack Campbell - U16 Head Coach

​Now entering his third season with the Lake Louise Ski Club, Jack has quickly established himself as a passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated coach. After starting with LLSC as a new hire working across all our Race programs, he gained valuable experience learning from the club’s lead staff before stepping into a full-time assistant role with the U16 team. His dedication, skill, and leadership made his transition to U16 Head Coach a natural fit. Growing up as a ski racer in Ontario and being around high-performance environments, Jack brings a strong understanding of athlete development benchmarks needed for long-term success in the sport. He is ACA Development Level Trained and approaches every day on snow with energy and a love for the mountains, whether in gates or exploring big mountain terrain. In the off-season, Jack continues to fuel his competitive spirit playing Junior lacrosse in Ontario, keeping his focus on teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement. 

Avery Lebsack - U14 Head Coach

​A proud alumna of the Lake Louise Ski Club, Avery raced with LLSC through U16 before continuing her FIS career with Team Panorama and the Alberta Ski Team. Now entering her fourth season of coaching and her second year as U14 Head Coach, she brings both racing experience and a contagious love for the sport to her athletes. Avery was recognized as ACA’s Female Domestic Coach of the Year in 2025, a reflection of her exceptional leadership and impact within our community. She is known for her empathy, high expectations, and commitment to helping every skier grow, both on and off the hill.  Avery leads with enthusiasm, keeping fun at the heart of her programming with the overall goal of building confidence and skill development. She is an ACA Development Level Trained coach, currently working toward full certification, and is completing her kinesiology degree, with a long-term goal of working in Occupational Therapy. 

Cam Hay - U14 Assistant Coach

​An alumnus of the Lake Louise Ski Club, Cam found his path to coaching through the club’s Intro to Coaching program after completing his U16 racing career. Known for his calm confidence, reliability, and easygoing approach, he brings a steady and thoughtful presence to the U14 team. Cam values skiing as a lifelong sport and focuses on helping athletes develop strong skills and enjoying the process in every environment. His background reflects a deep connection to the sport; his family, friends, and mentors have all been part of the LLSC community, many of whom he still adventures with in the off-season. Away from the hill, Cam works as a sailing instructor and is currently working towards obtaining his pilot’s license.
